This is a false report. This NEVER happened. I object to this false and defamatory claim and demand a retraction. The following is what occurred: The reviewer contacted me for representation, said he wanted to retain me, and asked me to prepare Pleadings for a Dissolution of Marriage action. After the work was performed, the reviewer refused to pay the Firm. The reviewer was never billed for a meeting, or any other services that were not in fact performed. To say otherwise is false, malicious and defamatory. A small clams action was ultimately filed and a judgment was entered on my Firm's behalf. The reviewer was never told the matter would be dismissed. That is false. Further, the referring attorney was contacted by me personally and I was told to do what I had to do to be compensated for the services rendered. The reviewer ultimately did pay my Firm after the entry of judgment. What has been set forth, factually, by the reviewer is absolutely false. In addition, it is concerning to see this now, as this occurred many years ago. My Firm is a qualified and reputable Firm and I have never had such a false claim made against me in my entire career, (almost 25 years). To the consumer, beware of sites/reviews such as this because they are not trustworthy and cannot be verified.
