The lifelong hardships placed on someone convicted of a felony are severe and greatly impact a person's ability to earn a decent living or secure a place to live. Steve came very highly recommended but we did not have that experience with him. We would have been better off using court appointed attorney and saved thousands of dollars! He threw us under the bus! I would not recommend him for any case! He kept saying how good he was and to trust him. Well trusti...ng him got 30 years in federal prison. He always acted all "buddy buddy" with they prosecutors and detectives and should have been focusing on his client. He didn't seem prepared during the trial. He should have explained the guidelines to his client! We kept asking him for our property back (he kept saying to remind him, which we did)...he never followed through on that either. So we lost all our pictures of our kids who passed away, something that can't be replaced. To him it was just a case, to us it was our lives and our children's lives. He might have been good once upon a time, but not any longer. We would not recommend him to anybody!
