I hired this attorney for a personal injury case. In the beginning he told me that my case was solid and was likely to get $100k+. Over 18 months into the case and I talked to him maybe 2 times. He doesn't put any time into your case. He does not return phone calls. The deposition was a nightmare and... he cancelled at the last minute the first time. The second time he was not prepared or didn't even know what was going on. After getting nothing but the run around I went to other attorneys and none would take my case because they told me I didn't have a case. They told that this attorney has a poor reputation for taking anything and that I would be lucky to get $2500. If I knew that I wouldn't have filed a civil suit.

I was in a minor accident that caused whiplash and neck pain. I didn't have the time or energy to fill out paper work or fight the insurance company. By the time I decided to get a lawyer there were only 2 months left to file a claim. Considering how much time I gave him and how minor the accident was that was a huge win. He was very personable and the kind of person you want on your side of an argument.
