Don’t waste your time with this guy. After meeting several times with this guy & being told what a strong case I had, he folded like wet cardboard at my disability hearing. The lowest point of the hearing was when he began to bite his nails. Sent me a bill for $40 for paper & ink used in my case afte...r leaving more than $ 40,000 on the table. When it comes to nail biters look up unprofessional & Mr Brooks picture will appear. What a horrible, horrible, horrible mistake I made. He was with Bernardi Lukasik at the time. I didn’t choose him. I was one of the unfortunate ones assigned to him. This happened years ago & it still stings. Thanks for less than nothing Mr Brooks. Extremely difficult to review without using profanity. Your review guidelines state to not be spiteful, but a horrible attorney is just that.
