I hope this review gives people a feeling of Stephanie Gilbert. I met Stephanie when she first entered the practice. Even though she says no, I still believe that I was her first case or one of the first. Stephanie is best described as someone that prepares, does her homework, plans her strategy and... hits the office or courtroom. Nothing less! Stephanie was a hard worker and very detailed as a law clerk to Mervate. She passed the bar and joined Mervate with Kiswani law as a attorney. While a law clerk with Kiswani she was polite, and put up with all my calls and concerns. I was a father that just got screwed by 2 of my three attorneys and just wanted extra time with my kids. I was about to give up, so yes I had a thousand questions and a thousand concerns! She was polite , professional and prompt in her position. She carries the same behavior into the world of law as a attorney. Detailed , takes notes, listens to you, provides feedback, gives you options , lets you know she is there for you. Kind of like a bartender, minus the drinks. The bartender will tell you what you wanna hear , Stephanie will tell you what you need to hear,options and strategies and will be honest with you. You probably get a great idea of how Stephanie is in the office. Let me tell you how she is in court. Stephanie is quiet, well dressed , professional, with a great demeanor when she enters the courthouses. She is ready to go, file in hand , well versed and at times discusses issues with Mervate before court. I truly feel this just adds to the client getting the best service. I truly like Stephanie and Mervate work great as a team. Stephanie entered into my case fresh from the bar. Let me tell you , I have been to court many times in my profession and have seen alot of attorneys. Stephanie has alot of potential and drive . She loves her job and is well prepared and knowledged. Never takes the I know it all attitude, and does her research. As I mentioned Stephanie stepped into my case as a attorney with Mervate and I have to say she impressed me day one. Stephanie WAS HUNGRY! THE GUN WENT OFF AND THE HORSE WAS RUNNING OUT THE GATE! FIRECRACKER! THAT HUNGER WAS WHAT I WANTED TO SEE IN MY PREVIOUS ATTORNEYS TOO, BUT DIDN'T! She has that quiet behavior and Maintains professionalism. She may have a quiet behavior but she isn't a pushover. She will smile and move on! I can honestly say, Stephanie and Mervate have the utmost patience. They dealt with me and my concerns. I thank them for that. But back to Stephanie. I cant say enough. Whatever the outcome was in court Stephanie met with me outside the court room, listened to my concerns and gave me options of what she suggests we do next. Stephanie is the the type of attorney many would love to have but just haven't been introduced to her. Stephanie is cool , down to earth and has your back. She has that "start strong, finish strong "attitude. She is the attorney that doesn't need a big name (but someday will be popular) and doesn't need to kill you on price and keep you in suspense when "dishonesty "will hit, But instead will be there for you, honest and transparent , always prepared and always a phonecall or email away! I will say again Stephanie does a great job and is effective! Give her a try! Meet with her and you will see she truly has alot to offer. She has you best interests at hand!
