Ms. Kuhn has been excellent representation for me in handling my business affairs. She helped me set up my business documents, resolved business issues and problems and helped me in the sale of my business. She was always professional even when dealing with other people in our course of legal issues ...who were not. She was always honest, if she did not know something would admit it and then do the research to find out the answer. She responded quickly, even if it was to acknowledge me and say when we could talk or have documents ready for me. She was also an excellent support team so to speak, when I was emotinal about an issue, she would keep me on track to stay focused with making business decisions, not emotional ones. This is very important when being a business owner as we are always faced with personal emotions and need to make decisions on what is best for our business operations.
