I was in the process of representing myself, in a credit card lawsuit from a major bank. The PB County Circuit Court requires that all Expedited cases go through the process of Mediation first, before any Trial occurs, or the Case Management Conference. And that Mediation is supposed to be initiate...d by the Plaintiff (law firm representing the bank).
