Shelby Lynn Core

Shelby L. Core was born and raised in St. Marys, Ohio and she is an honors graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She currently resides in Spencerville, Ohio. She attended undergrad at Ohio Northern University where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.

Shelby also attended Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law to obtain her Juris Doctorate Degree. While in law school, Shelby worked as the law clerk for HK&B. Her proudest accomplishment in law school was being named the winner of the annual Burke E. Smith Trial Advocacy Competition.

Now an associate Attorney at HK&B, Shelby operates a general practice, wherein she works on a variety of cases, including personal injury, family law, criminal law and probate matters, to name a few.
