Sharon Gayl Griffin

Sharon was my attorney for several years in 2007-2010. There was an obvious judicial mistake in my case, which later was recognized by Benton County court itself and corrected by another judge. (i.e. my parenting plan which she helped to create did not had clear minimum parenting time amount for non-...custodial parent as required by ORS 107.102). However, instead of going to the Court of Appeals, Sharon kept me away from complaining. She delayed my paperwork, did nothing for months, and then charged me for every email when I tried to remind her of the papers that she promised me to do long ago. Eventually this attorney cost me thousands of dollars for doing nothing, so I dropped her and successfully represented myself in the higher court. Looking back, I think that my case would be resolved better and faster if I represented myself from the beginner...
