Mrs Richerds was a pleasure to work with. she is very efficient she knows her stuff and she is always on top of it. she returns calls swiftly no longer than 24 hours. Even when she wasn’t feeling well with the flu she still returned our call within 24 hours. She was just letting us know she wasn’t w...ell and she would get back to us as soon as she Was back in the office. she valued our time. she even allowed us to do a payment plan. She held our hand throughout the whole process, from the paperwork all the way down into the interview itself. she was there with us guiding us giving us assistance all the way. She was a blessing to me and my wife.
