Shadi Rafeedie told me he'd fight for me. He did better than that!! I was rear ended on the highway and thought this would be an easy thing because there was also a police report and the driver who hit me admitted he caused the accident. Nothing is ever easy, is it? Well, almost nothing. It was e...asy to let him and Kwok Daniels do all the heavy lifting. It took three years and a lot of back and forth. My job was to get well and Kwok Daniels did the rest. They sent 8 process servers out to find the culprit! The guy’s insurance company flaked out and we finally had to after my uninsured motorist policy – and mine didn’t want to pay! If it hadn’t been for Shadi Rafeedi (It took THREE years) I would have been stuck with all the medical bills and the headache and physical pain of trying to resolve this. Shadi kept me updated, encouraged and is truly amazing. I am grateful to his entire team. Did I mention he got me three times what I thought he would? Great job!
