Seun Ayobami Adebiyi

I am a graduate of Yale Law School, licensed to practice in New York and Georgia. I specialize in contracts, non-disclosure agreements, business law, and non-profit law.

I started my legal career ten years ago as a legal analyst and corporate attorney in the New York headquarters of Goldman Sachs, where I managed multi-billion dollar deals in a fast-paced, "sink-or-swim" environment of asset management. On the pro bono side, I served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, helping them with everything from incorporation to contract negotiation. 

After several years of working with high net worth and large institutional clients, I decided to leave the corporate world and venture on my own. My vision is to deliver world class legal services to small businesses and individuals, but without a Wall Street price tag.
