When I founded The Simmons Law Firm, LLC, I committed to doing what is in the best interest of each client. Quite often, doing what is in the best interest of a client involves proactive planning. That is, with a given client's assistance, I take legal actions necessary to minimize the client's exposure to expenses and unpredictable outcomes commonly associated with unnecessary litigation. Which means, when possible, I fight to help you avoid litigation because I know from experience that some matters are best resolved before trial and outside of a court room.

Certainly, there are occasions in which litigation is unavoidable. In such situations, I access the skills I have garnered over the years while serving as a trial attorney and I fight to assist clients in overcoming legal battles that threaten their businesses, legacies, and other personal and professional relationships.
