This "lawyer" is a huge jerk. I spoke with him on the phone, and we barely got into the crux of the conversation. For starters, he put words in my mouth about who I'm attempting to bring litigation against. Then, he became hugely critical about the answers I gave him and wouldn't even allow me to exp...lain things without interruption. The worst part was him holding me responsible in certain situations that I have no control over. It's bad enough that he did not take accountability for not calling me on time. We were scheduled for a consultation at 10:30 am, and he did not call me per my request mentioned to him days before. I called him at approximately 10:50am, and he avoided taking ownership for leaving me waiting. As much as my efforts and time have been wasted, this "attorney's" overall disposition was a turnoff for me to even consider him representing me.
