We primarily assist our clients in disputes relating to commercial, homeowners, renters, auto, and life insurance policies, but have experience with other forms of policies as well. Our attorneys have handled hundreds of cases relating to losses cause by fire, water, wind, collapse, vandalism, and theft. In addiiton, we have significant experience with disputes relating to auto coverage, including underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) and personal injury protection (PIP). We're also very experienced in handling extra-contractual litigation in Washington, including claims for bad faith and under the Insurance Fair Conduct Act (IFCA) and Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
