Scott A. Conwell is a PREDATOR ATTORNEY

Scott A. Conwell took $3,000 from me and did absolutely nothing to protect me according to the law. I hired him to represent me in the illegal foreclosure on my home. I learned when it was too late that he had not filed exceptions or anything in reference to the illegal foreclosure on my home. ... He literally did nothing in my case. This attorney is to be avoided at all cost!

Our firm attempts to assist clients of varying degrees of need, knowledge and ability to understand and follow sound legal advice. Even though we strongly object and deny our former client’s statement above, we will continue to protect as much as possible our client’s confidentiality. However, we believe that it is appropriate to make clear the fact that the client’s foreclosure had already occurred when we were hired, and that we were retained for different purposes. In this case, we were entirely successful with regard to her pre-existing federal legal matter and provided sound legal advice and strategy regarding her pre-existing state legal matter. Unfortunately, in this case, the client ultimately chose to disregard our advice and the strategy and terminated our firm. Subsequently, the client was obviously disappointed with her decisions.
