Due to i a heir appeal a wrongful foreclosure and sale due to added chapters 11 12 that I never file for and I was not present for the closing of my ch13 that I paided for in full and I filed a police report on 07 12 2025 and due to that on 08 08 2025 the supreme court granted me the appeal and it we...nt to a REMUTTEUR to a remand order that gave me a stay in place and the bank did not own the home and the bank did not have no say so about the home and for the correction to be made to the flawed contract and for the correction to be made and resolved with me in the home I got evicted and I lost everything of 25years and due to the illegal actions of 3rd party who bought the home illegal EJECTMENT me self lockout and wrongful illegal EJECTMENT and lockout I wanna file a lawsuit against the person who bought and rhe clerk had zero authority to sale she had no authority to sale it was not to be sold I have proof of the remand order in my phone in the shop and I can get anytime new front glass screen it and due to the attorney who take the case I will turn the phone over to them so it not ruin the digital data and i got police report on fraud of the bankruptcy paperwork and 07 12 2025 and supreme court granted appeal on 8 08 2025 same case and that case was remand back to lower court for corrections of the flawed contract and I had a stay and for it to be resolved with me in the home and the was not to sold the did not own it and the clerk had knowledge of the home not to be sold clerk violated supreme court ruling and the same case with fraud and identity theft by past bankruptcy attorney added chapters 11 12 to my closing and the clerk withheld the remand order and now forged documents with my name attached that's wrong fraud by clerk and the trustee x2 her second time push the flawed contract thru bankruptcy and it is bankruptcy fraud mortgage fraud bank fraud possible embezzlement SIR ALL THE EVIDENCE I HAVE TO PROVE THIS CASE OF ALL THE INDIVIDUALS THAT IS INVOLVED WITH THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS IN OFFICE SHERIFF ILLEGAL STANDING OVER 3RD PARTY WRONGFUL EVICTION AND ILLEGAL LOCKOUT CLERK WITHHELD THE REMAND DUE PROCESS AND 14TH AMENDMENT VIOLATIONS NEVER BEEN TO COURT ON THE CASE AND THE PHONE THAT HOLDS THE APPEAL REMUTTEUR AND THE REMAND IN THE SHOO NEW SCREEN AND I CAN GET IT AND TURN IT ON AND TURN THE PHONE OVER TO YOU AND YOU CAN PULL ALL THAT INFORMATION FROM THE PHONE WITHOUT MESSING UP THE DIGITAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT MAYBE HELPFUL AND I HAD A CASE MANAGER AND A CASE NUMBER WITH THE COURTS OF APPEAL HOPE WE CAN TALK SOON THANK YOU [email protected]
