Sarah Elizabeth Kroll

Sarah Kroll and, her paralegal, Maggie Mathews are awful to work with. Very unresponsive to emails, provided incorrect information, sent many documents with errors on them. Communication was just awful. Maggie would send out a document from the apposing counsel with zero guidance or explication. She ...would just ask if I had any comments or questions. They would then charge me for replaying back. It is as if they wanted me to replay back so they could nickel and dime me for every email. They would even charge for the second/third/fourth email I would send requesting the same information, when they didn't respond to the first email. I was also told they had completed work, but (1) either never saw the work completed, (2) later found out it was done. I was told by Sarah, that she had filed documents with the court, but they were not. If you need a pit-bull, Sarah is not the lawyer for you. If you want a lawyer that will just do the minimum and charge you thousands then she is the #1 choice.
