I hired Sara to represent me in a real estate transaction. There were some complications with an old subdivision that wasn't done properly, but she was able to resolve them quickly and she stayed in constant communication with me about the issues and what she was doing to resolve them. She understo...od what I was going through and why I needed to be able to buy this property as soon as possible, and she worked extremely quickly and efficiently to help me. I am sure that I was a difficult client because I was so demanding that she get things done extremely quickly, but she was always kind and compassionate and took my calls. She told me that the Seller's lawyer should have resolved the subdivision issues as that lawyer had done a title search when the Seller bought, but had missed the problems. It was taking the Seller's lawyer too long, so I asked Sara to do it herself to clear the title since it was urgent that I moved. She did the work, and we got the necessary documents from the State and I am extremely thankful to her for all that she did.
