Biography
I have been in practice for over thirty years doing custody and visitation issues, divorces both litigated and mediated, and even offer to help my clients fill out paperwork at a low fee with clients filing their own cases. Low cost paralegal help is available, or you can use my services to agressively represent you in court. I have been appointed by the County of San Bernardino to sit as Judge Pro Tem over one-hundred days, and to mediate Family Law Matters for the courts and privately.
I am further appointed by the courts to represent both the elderly and the children in Guardianship and Conservatorships matters as well as file/litigate my own cases.
I do estate planning and prepare full trust packages which include a Pourover Will and Power of Attorney, Living Will, for both you and your spousel and give you all of the necessary documents to complete your trust to avoid probate for your loved ones and save your heirs both time and money with careful planning.

She's the best!

Wonderful attorney
Sandy never gives up! She steadfastly pursues the case objectives, despite the oppositions dirty delaying tactics. She is a treasure. I highly recommend her. We have finished our case, and I hope I never need to go to court again, but if I did, the first phone call I'd make would be to Sandy!

She saved my husbands life
My husband needed a conservatorship, and his sister and brother tried to take him from me. Ms. Turner went to a trial for me last minuted and we won Conservatorship of my husband. He is safely home with me now.
