I engaged this attorney through LegalShield at Shimanovsky & Moscardini, LLP for 2 simple cease and desist defamation letters about a party who has been targeting my income in a hate case from most of it, for a long long time that has become violent and dangerous, and looks like has been contacting t...hird persons for the same purpose. What I got was a 3 day disturbance at the end of which was disclosed the attorney had deceptively terminated all services on day 1 at which time the damage infliction was required to have terminated and gone no further. Instead, she continued to send me offensive taunting about the two letters, targeted another legal procedure, and has gone on pretty much ever since directing this at me personally. It is not possible for the public to engage a licensed attorney who does this to the public and goes way beyond the reported other complaints about Legal Shield simply not providing contracted legal services, which had been an acceptable risk that this is not, as the firm had otherwise mostly been reported as actually providing the mostly limited legal services like this that it is difficult to find private attorneys who even will have their paralegals or junior attorneys do for them, much less do themselves, for at least the last 20 years since attorneys used to write letters on their hourly rate or at a flat fee simply providing steady additional income around their litigation and other legal work.
