Nothing good here
This atty missed deadlines and made our horrible situation much worse. He paid more attention to scrolling through his phone for a hour then paying attention to the deposition he was hired to attend on our behalf. He is not a litigator and is lacking the skills of a competent attorney .

Easy to work with, very helpful.
Hired Mr. St. Romain (while this says Samuel, he goes by "Kyle") to help me organize a new business. He explained to me the different types of business structures before we selected one we agreed was best for my needs at the moment. I would definitely use Kyle again in the future.
