Samuel N Omwenga

All the reviews here are true and repeatedly so!! He came to my court hearings late, unprepared and not prep me for the court hearing. Many inncocent immigrants seeking justice have suffered through Omwenga's hands. It is comforting to see finally the law caught up with Omwenga's shady ways and th...at justice truly prevails after all. With his license taken away, Omwenga can no longer practice law in DC ......if you reside anywhere else, especially Maryland.......be forewarned before hiring Omwenga's law services.

Absolutely horrible. As a paralegal I could have done a better job. His briefs and responses to the INS were commical had they not affected my life in such a way. The INS did not even read them because they were presented out of format. I was threatened with deportation and after 7 years I finally... had enough and left the US. People like Omwenga should be sent to jail. He is a clown without a nose.

He put all wong information on the documents. When he moved his offices he did not even bother to inform us. We had to search High and low just to find him. Never answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message. Then he asked me to call him on him on another number that turned out to be his... wife’s cell phone. You know she was not happy about another woman calling her husbans phone, natuarly she hang up on me. I could go on.

I highest Omwenga right after he graduated from Rutgers and this man did not have any experience. Me and my husband went for the first interview and our case was almost denied because of insufficients information. We were given a second interview and the Omwenga refused to show up at the interview. L...ater he called and told me that he had another interview in another state. I think he's just a greedy man with no experience and does not care. Luckily my second interview went on well and was granted my GR even without his presence. Please, dont hire this man.

This Attorney took my money, never filed the letters that he said he would file on my case. Was late for my court hearing and went even to a point of asking me to sign his name on the attorneys list because he was unable to make it on time. When he got there, he requested for continuance which is ...not what we had discussed but only because he had to travel to New York for other appointments that he had.
