Sam handled our will and trust planning. We weren't sure exactly what we needed to do, but we knew our goals going in. Sam helped us identify and document the appropriate specifics. We had a question (maybe two?) that he didn't immediately know the answer to, but he told us that (rather than mak...ing something up or telling us it didn't matter), and then by our next appointment had the answers in hand. After signing the documents and during the process of getting assets transferred to our trust, we came up with several more questions, which Sam answered quickly. At each step of the way, he made sure to confirm that we understood the language, intent, and specifics of our documents, and took the necessary time to explain things until we did. Overall, we've been quite pleased with our experience, from the initial consultation, through the documentation drafting and signing, to followup questions and discussion.
