For the reasons previously stated I would not bring an action. The school has a duty to watch for abuse.

Consult with a medical malpractice lawyer immediately. New Mexico has a three year statute of limitations on medical malpractice.

The 90 days are calendar days. It includes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
