I m out of words to express how much blessing Sameer has been for me...I called him about an issue that has been tourmanting me for over a year...With a debt collectors so not fair and rude...i wish i can mention their name here...Bottom line when it come to get those debt collectors attention,Sameer... is the best of the best...Always available and ready to listen to me...Kept in touch with me even when out of the country...I cant give details about my cases...BUT IT EXCEED MY EXPECTATION....May God bless you Sameer...Thank you for being on my side and help me get justice...Thank you....thank you very much

I was going into the next phase of my adult life. Full time job With benefits. Passed all prescreening procedures except one. The credit check. Turns out I had a massive debt that I didnt even know about. Turns out it wasnt me. Went through the procedures to get it fixed, even got an extension from t...he job to get it fixed. Unfortunately no change. I was upset and in despair. Went online and found Kevin and Sameer. They were veey helpful and got the credit bureau to change my credit report in a week. Should have gone straight to them. But the damage was already done. I had already lost the job. Decided to sue and sameer was there every step of the way. Even when I could only come to his office after 7pm would wait for me and didnt rush me at all. Allowed me to review every piece of document and always kept me in the loop. Since it was easier to text kept in contact via texting. Case had ended 3 months ago still keep in contact.

About a year ago, I found out the reason behind my numerous rejections from credit card applications with retailers and banks. Equifax messed up my file with someone else's for years. Sameer helped me write a letter to Exquifax and finally got my file straightened up. However, we decided to sue the E...quifax to pay for my years of frustration applying for credit cards and getting denials. He was thorough and detailed during the process. I was asked questions and updated once in a while throughout the preparation. I even got the chance to peruse his final draft of dispute letter to make sure every information I provided was accurate. The case lasted for almost a year, long haul! But, it was finally settled two months ago. The only thing that makes me disgruntled is when it comes to filing taxes, why the hell I got to pay the tax for the whole chunk, not the net income after legal fee! God damn it, Uncle Sam!!! But, it has nothing to do with Sameer, the attorney. He knows what to do and promptly respond to my texts and instantly update me on the case.
