The Yurman Hirsch Law firm took care of my divorce in exemplary fashion. I was working with with an attorney for months but the negotiations for my divorce were stalled. I decided to change attorneys and met with Mrs Yurman and Mrs Hirsch. They took me on as a client and immediately started working o...n my case. They communicated every move on my case and I felt things were starting to move forward. They communicated with opposing council pushed negotiations back into play, they also advised me on my own unrealistic expectations which helped me take emotion out of a highly emotional situation allowing me to make decisions in the best interest of my kids. I can not put into words how much these two gifted attorneys helped me.

Ms. Yurman along with her partner Dorinna Hirsch of Hirsch & Yurman are two of the most incompetent attorneys in my 20 years of working in the legal system that I have ever met. Ms. Yurman promised to handle my case after her partner, ms. Hirsch took a retainer in my family law case and then proceede...d to do zero on my case. Hirsch & Yurman made only one court appearance and that was on the date that I hired them. They failed to appear at a scheduled appointment that the set & did not call. Even worse, they failed to appear at a scheduled court date & kept myself, Judge Amador & opposing counsel waiting for 3 hours. She did not show nor did she call the courts. She refuses to return my retainer despite the fact that no paperwork was ever prepared or filed & the non-appearance in court. When I fired Ms. Yurman, she could not even prepare the proper paperwork for the substitution of attorney. Just completely incompetent. My empty family court file says it all. She also refuses to hand over case file. Avoid this attorney at all costs.
