Samantha was everything I could have hoped for in this stressful time of my life. She made the legal part of my divorce so much easier on me. She was fair and didn't make any empty promises. While purchasing my home in Kankakee county, my wife and I hired Samantha as our real estate lawyer. She was exceptional from the beginning. She initiated all needed documentation quickly. Samantha also acquired any information needed from us, the real estate agents, and the seller's attorney to keep... the process moving forward in a timely manner. The seller was able to negotiate with the closing company to perform the closing at Kankakee county's rates (since the home is located in Kankakee county) which are considerably less expensive than the county in which closing took place. This actually saved us and the seller quite a bit. Samantha's rates were extremely reasonable, especially considering that she was able to save us more than what her fee was. I already have personally recommended her to a family member, and I will recommend her to anyone needing a friendly, knowledgeable attorney in the future.

Samantha is an excellent lawyer who was always there when i needed her, and still is when i have questions. She helped me 3 years ago witha custody agreement and child support order..i was very pleased with both and just recently she helped me when i wanted to take my childrens father back to court....
