I just want to preference by saying this has been MY personal experience with this attorney. While he may have done an amazing job with others, my experience has not been great. Although attorney Quinn is very knowledgeable, the validity of his representation is truly just not there. I retained this ...attorney in September on serious felony charges. He assured me that he could accept the case and he let me know what the retainer will be plus the payment plan. I submitted the down payment of $3000 and have made the 300 weekly payment for the payment plan no problem (maybe once but I immediately corrected it and sent proof). I have not been indicted on my charges and the only thing I requested at that time was a bond modification. This attorney is incredibly hard to get in touch with. He was untruthful about submitting his letter of representation to the courts. He was untruthful about filing the motion for a bond modification when he said he did back in September. It took me calling down to the county clerks office to realize he had not done anything that he said he had a month later (October 7th). He finally did what he was supposed to do however, he had a conflict of appearance(he had court that day and another county) for the bond modification date and came to an agreement with DA. I submitted the appropriate information and he disappeared for three weeks. I had to go to the bar association on him twice. After I finally asked him for a refund and to terminate representation, he cowardly text me back saying that he terminated representation a week prior (no notification of that). He claimed to have mailed out the paperwork. It still has not been received. I have no paperwork showing that this man was actually representing me outside of the receipts that I paid every week. While he may be great with smaller cases, if this is something that is serious, I would recommend going elsewhere. Because of his carelessness and negligence, I am out of $5400 and he is not trying to give me back my retainer and he’s done absolutely nothing on my case. With every breath of me, I’m going to fight tooth and nail to get my money back. Unlike him, I can prove everything that he has not done on my case. Please be aware before retaining him. He’s also been reprimanded for similar behavior back in 2018. I hold myself accountable for being desperate for representation that I could afford and I wish I had done my due diligence researching his credibility.His review platforms are far and in between. He is not an accredited businessman.

I’ve recently hired this attorney and to make this review short and honest. DON’T HIRE THIS MAN ! HE IS A SCAMMER AND DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD. I’ve been his client for a year and a half and all i have to say is that his communication skills are beyond poor. If you don't contact him about your case he ...will not contact you at all ! I was a paid client who was very honest and open with what i expected and this man acted as if he understood and was willing to fulfill my expectations just to receive my money and handle things his own way which is not what i payed for. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE A PROFESSIONAL LAWYER NOT SOMEONE LIKE THIS !!!

Hired attorney to assist with husband case …. Payment was made to attorney as instructed. Tried texting calling NO RESPONSE. Expressed my concerns about lack of communication and representation with a previous attorney and he assured me I wouldn’t have any worries. Yet he did the exact thing! Never f...iled any paperwork with the courts no notice of appearance, no motions didn’t even speak with my husband NOTHING. My husband now has no representation and court date is 2 weeks away and now I have to pay more money out to make sure he has a lawyer for his court date. Ridiculous ….. Will also be filing a complaint with the Georgia Bar. BEWARE!

I honestly did not want to prices with a negative review but it’s the truth and may help someone else from being scammed. My teenage daughter was in need of an attorney and Attorney Quinn offered the services we needed. He appeared to be knowledgeable and his reviews on thumbtack were good. We hired ...him and initially he made contact and was on top of it. After a few months he stopped answering our calls or when he would respond he would say by the end of the week we would know something. At this point he doesn’t pick up. We’ve paid for his services in full and it’s been over a year with no resolve. I did some research to see if anyone had similar issues and sure enough there was and he was actually suspended for a period of time from practicing. These are peoples lives and we are entrusting him to do what he signed on his contract to do. His actions are wrong and negligent. As a family are hurt and frustrated. We are wanting a refund.
