Mr. Cygan first and foremost did not establish an actual attorney client contract with me or my representatives at the time stating the services that he would specifically provide. He made promises about what he would do and did not deliver on what he said he would do. Mr. Cygan actual knowledge of t...he immigration law system here in the united states is very poor and he decides to argue your case with very poor research and understanding of what is really going on in your case. Mr. Cygan postponed my court dates on several occasions and did not do anything to represent me in my case yet he felt it was in his right to ask for 5k more to continue my case without even starting an opening argument when my family refused to pay more money due to the fact that Mr. Cygan did not make good on his promises of what he would do he withdrew from case stating to the judge that my brother had fired him witch was not true he just did not want to continue my case unless i provided more money Mr. Cygan is the worst possible lawyer that a person with a reasonable mind can obtain he is unaware of the immigration laws at the present moment and is just out to take clients money he does not care the outcome because once an individual is deported from this country it is hard for them to fight back. Basically i had to rehire another lawyer after i was already ordered removed from the United States and my second lawyer got my removal reversed and i am in the United States with my family where i belong
