I came to Mr Henderson's office in somewhat of a panic, having received a notification of court ordered debt I was not aware of, in the middle of a military-based background investigation for employment purposes. I was confused and very agitated. When I chose to move forward with the bankruptcy, he was there every step of the way, explaining everything, answering every phone call and email, and took care of me from the moment I stepped into his office, through the actual court process, to my follow up questions afterwards. I know I could call My Henderson up, or send someone to him who needed legal council and representation, and Mr Henderson would go into action and handle business. He did an amazing job for me. There is a lot of ways a bad lawyer can really screw things up; if you have financial-legal issues and need a lawyer, you have to pick someone like Mr Henderson who will take care of you and you can trust.
