Ryan and his office represented our Organization in response to an alleged FAA violation. Ryan was diligent in providing us guidance in the gathering of supporting documentation, which allowed him to prepare an effective argument in response to the alleged violation. Ryan presented the argument in an... extremely professional manner, and had briefed my team properly in advance , which made the meeting with the FAA effective. Ryan and his office assisted my company with a self report situation in which an export was found to be out of compliance. Rather than only assisting in the self report situation he also helped us to build a robust export compliance program so that we would not find ourselves in that situation again....
