Negotiation with Bank for Loan Modification

I have hired many lawyers over the years and have had occasion to think about what I need from a legal representative, Since meeting Russ in 2011 and working with him on a number of real estate transactions through my company, I have used his firm exclusively. I am writing to review his work on a r...ecent matter that involved my personal real estate portfolio. Very simply, I do not think I could ask for more in an attorney. He exceeds expectations in every area, specifically: Legal Knowledge- In this case, as with every other he has handled, it was clear that he had total command of the legal issues. He always has a plan of attack. He is creative and can think on the fly. Interaction with Client- Russ keeps you informed and I am always comfortable that he is aggressively protecting my interests. Every attorney has other clients and cases but with Russ I always know he is up to date on my case and he is always available for consultation. If he is going to travel informs me in advance how he can be reached. He makes you feel like the center of attention and never an afterthought. He cares, no matter the size of the case. Billing and Value- Russ is exceedingly fair in his billing. Everything is fully disclosed and in the end I paid far less than I would have expected for the amount and quality of the work. The resolution that Russ got for me was better than I had ever imagined. What I was expecting to cost many thousands ended with me collecting a substantial check at closing. Mr. Sibley is a very smart lawyer, has great judgement, is scrupulously honest, and an excellent communicator. I enthusiastically recommend him without reservation.
