I agree with my colleague. You should speak with an attorney however, as every case is different, therefore the outcome can be different as well....

What does VIO COND DISCHARGE mean on a rap sheet?

It means that that particular conviction resulted in a conditional discharge, and that that conditional discharge was violated.

You should always speak to a lawyer when the charge carries a possibility of jail and high fine. Especially with facts such as these.
