I worked with Kiani Hernandez: - She does not have work ethic and do not produce docs or results - If you ask her for explaining her strategy, she gets angry and even accuse you of being harassing! just to intimidate you and stop you to ask your right to get the service you pay for and you deserv...e. - She was always behind to read communications and clearly does not listen what you say. It seems she is not expert in family case, just takes on any case to gather peoples money. - Even though I was the person who filed for divorce and she had time to prepare questionnaires for interrogation and request for documents, 3 months into it, still I did get anything, and during this time the opposing side prepared them and sent them to us to be filled. All during this time she was charging me. - It seems she just thinks that the only thing she should do is a routine form filling, with routine words, and the court does not really listen to people anyways! (strange no?) - At most they just fill forms. No strategy, no explanation of any sort, not even spending time to thoroughly read your docs, or communications, or listen to you, and if you ask, she aggressive tells you, I have other clients!! - She strongly believes if they should listen to your concerns, they are losing money and time - Whenever I talked to her on the phone, I found out that they didnt read my email of 3-4 days ago - If you ask her to explain you the strategy, and especially if you find that they didnt pay attention to a doc or evidence, etc., then they play the withdrawal game, especially if they know you may not have enough money. - Or they play the "harassment" game and try to intimidate you - Just save yourself money and time and respect yourself and go to another firm
