Unfortunately our experience with this Attorney was not the same as the reviews from 2013. We hired Mr. Eckert after he responded to our question on Avvo and I was VERY surprised to see a review that stated he helped them with negotiating the price and worked with the bank. We weren’t offered that he...lp without additional fees. As a matter of fact we were almost over charged $1,600 if we had Mr. Eckert continue handling our closing. Fortunately I was able to advise our Realtor of the incorrect charge and she was able to get it corrected. We never met Mr. Eckert face to face, we never had the courtesy of a consultation, and he NEVER disclosed an hourly fee until we decided not to continue with him for the closing. He then used an hourly rate of $300.00 to keep our $1,975.00 that he’d been paid towards the closing that he did not attend or help with. If you use this Attorney I would just advise you to see if you can find a RECENT client that he’s successfully helped with your SAME situation.

I was searching for an attorney to handle a personal matter regarding my landlord. Mr. Ross Eckert was referred to me by a real estate agent and close friend of mine. When I contacted him, he promptly answered my call and we spoke about my situation. He was very understanding and reassured me that e...verything would be okay. The most important factor here was trust. I felt like I could trust him, so I went forth with hiring him. Secondly, I knew I was in good hands because of how knowledgable he was on the matter. I appreciated that he was always responsive throughout the whole process. Additionally, he was persistent and worked above and beyond. If he ever didn't answer my phone call or email immediately, he always made sure to get back to me. His fees were reasonable and the case was ultimately settled. Now I know attorneys tend to have a bad reputation for being sneaky, money-hungry, deceptive, etc., but let it be known that that was NOT the case with Mr. Eckert. Hands down one of the most professional attorneys that truly cares about fighting for justice. All in all, my attorney helped me through a very difficult, emotional time and I couldn't be more thankful. If I was in the same situation ever again, I would hire him in a heartbeat.

I was referred to Ross through a friend. My first conversation with him was amazing. I assumed I would give him (too much) detail about my situation and he would come back with a price before helping...I was WRONG! upon our consultation he asked for all the details, made me feel justified in my situa...tion, and then followed up with the most cost effective solution (as he knew my current situation of getting taken advantage of). Ross got results for me in my situation within 24 hours (after 3 weeks of trying to deal with it on my own) and I cannot be more impressed and pleased with the outcome. I have already referred him and will continue to use him in the future as needed.

I needed legal advice regarding a lawsuit and met with Mr. Eckert. He took time to address my concerns and explained in detail my options. I felt so overwhelmed before the meeting however, after the consultation with Mr. Eckert, I left feeling hopeful and ready to work toward resolving my legal issue...s. He was friendly, warm and easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail making sure I was not confused. He even looked up information for me including the agency that I needed to establish contact in order to resolve the matter. I really can not recall the last time someone was this helpful. I look forward to doing business with him in the future and will refer my friends and family.

When I was involved in car accident a little over a year ago, I had no clue where to start. I was pleased to find someone like Mr. Eckert, who I felt comfortable and protected by, that would help me get to where I needed to be. It is so hard to find a trustworthy and down to earth lawyer, but somehow... I found Mr. Eckert and I am thankful to this day. I was able to relax knowing someone was doing all of the important and tiring work for me. Answers, solutions and results were something that Mr. Eckert provided for me, in the short time the case was given to him. Thanks to his persistence and experience, results were seen. I am grateful the accident was just that, but I am more thankful for people that make life easier especially while going through a lower time. I highly recommend Mr. Eckert. It is not everyday you find someone that has natural intelligence and strong problem solving skills like him, thanks again!
