First off, I want to say that the service provided by Ross E. was excellent. Given that this is the first auto accident case I have ever dealt with I was not very knowledgeable on what to do and the process for such cases. When I contacted Ross and informed him about my accident, he explain to me all... aspect of how the case would go and the fee behind him handling the case. If there was ever a confusion and contacted Ross, he response time was phenomenal. He is versatile in means of communication. He kept me up to date with anything involving my case, therefore I was always aware of how the case was developing and didn’t have to constantly think about what was going on.
