Several years ago, I had – as many young men my age – found myself in a sort of a legal conundrum. I was very angry – angry at myself, angry at my friends, even angry at Attorney Feller! The process of change is a very difficult one and begins with the will to want to change; otherwise your efforts are in vain. Rose M. Feller not only provided me with uncanny legal advice, but also the kind of real-world applicable and realistic information that only a true master of his or her craft can experience and possess the knowledge of. Her ability to associate and relate to my legal case not only put me at ease on the legal aspect, but also greatly on the personal side as well. Attorney Feller’s constant and careful attention to detail not only aided me in getting a favorable sentence, but also assurance personally that “everything will be ok now.” Her presence in the courtroom not only put me at ease every time I had a case, but even the Judge, who seemed relieved that he was not dealing with some “low-rate” or “second-hand” attorney. The Judge knew he was dealing with a true professional who knew the legal system inside and out. Through Attorney Feller’s action, both in and out of the courthouse, I was able to get my legal situation under control and eventually move on. It was her ability to take the legal facts, take the law, and find a happy medium in the middle where justice is done, and I still get the proper repercussions for my actions. That is very difficult from what I gather. It is not typical to come out with what most would call a “win/win” situation for the both the state prosecutors and myself. Receiving a favorable outcome in a legal situation is one matter, but to actually understand how and why that outcome was reached is truly what set Attorney Feller apart from others. She not only did her job with great success, but also brought to my attention the importance of aspects of my case that will stay with me forever. I believe this ability to not only successfully finish a case, but teach the client “a lesson,” where not only do I not make that mistake again, but remember just how much hard work and effort went into getting to where I am today.
