I frequently handle litigation matters in complex commercial matters, including securities, corporate governance, and transactional disputes. This has included three jury trials of a week or more in federal and state courts within the past six months.

My practice frequently involves accuisitions and dispositions of corporate entities, including LLC, partnerships, joint ventures, and corporations.

I usually have one or two pending appeals relating to my litigation practice. I have successfully pursued and argued matters before the 10th Cir. Court of Appeals, the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.
