Roman Diveev

I hired Mr Diveev following a work accident where I acquired a brain injury. I went to him because workman's comp was denying my Neurology care . He filed with the court. Then on the day of court, during court, he withdrew his filing . Saying to me "we'll get another bite at this apple. " I didn'...t understand at the time what the problem was or why he was withdrawing. I came to find out much later that Mr Diveev incompetently filed suit against workman's comp for orthopedic surgery. Yes you read that right orthopedic surgery. Additionally As a result of him withdrawing the lawsuit, I became financially responsible for the insurance carriers lawyer fees and lost the indemnity benefits . He had the balls still bill me for his representation! Filing incompetent suits he should be paying me for the losses I incurred as a result of his incompetence. I don't know how it happened but I just learned today that Rue and Ziffra have been put on my WC case as my attorneys but they are not my attorneys. I don't know what sketchy thing they're up to.
