Mr. Barrow handled my case superbly! He got me the dismissal I needed to keep my job. Rohn is excellent at getting his clients the resolutions they need. He worked with the District Attorney’s offices in helping them to understand the facts of my case not contained in the police reports. And, he ...worked tirelessly to get the job done right. From our first meeting, Rohn displayed his skill, experience, and understanding of the law as it related to my case. He let me know up front he couldn’t promise a specific result but he did promise to give it his all. Rohn let me know he was in the court my case was set in several times a week and he knew both the judge and the prosecutor. He told me he “packages” his client so the “people” have a complete picture of the individual not just what the police wrote in their report. He had me collect, what he termed “Happy Letters” and a resume which he would include under a cover letter explaining the facts of the case from our standpoint and what we wanted as an outcome. He also let me know cases are like fine wine and cheese, they take time to create the final product. I was arrested for a felony, and I was frightened out of my mind. I thought I was going to lose my security clearance, and then my job. Rohn started working the case before it was filed and it was filed only as a misdemeanor. The filing deputy DA couldn’t do any more than that because of the police reports. Rohn told me not to worry and that he would handle everything because it was now only a misdemeanor and I didn’t have to go to court. Rohn told me he knew the calendar DA and she was very fair and if something could get done she would do it. The first offer was 60 days of jail and 10 days of Cal Trans. Rohn wrote the letter to the Deputy DA and gave her the “package” and asked her to think about it. He let her know my situation in detail. He told me the best way to handle this matter is cards face up. It paid off with a dismissal. It told me he is straight shooter and the DAs know that. He also told me he is the nice guy you never want to meet. I think very highly of him but I never want to need his services again.
