Worst Lawyer Ever !

I do not recommended anyone to hire Roberto Salazar as a lawyer. He promises that your going to get your money back but he doesn't he gives you the run arounds he tells you he has worked on your case but hasn't at all. When you pay him in advanced also when you call him hes supposbly always in court...s but last monday when I payed him a visit his assistant had said he was at court but than we opened the door to one of the offices and their he is sleeping and texting. He Didn't do nothing to help ny husband. We Work So hard for our money so please don't waste your money& time on this kind of lawyer

WORST LAWYER EVER.

Nothing was ever organized and he ALWAYS was late to every single one of our appointments with him. When I asked for my file/case back, half of it was lost. It take him 6 months to give me my money back. He never answers his phone and when you do get through to him, the first thing he'll ask is if yo...u have payed him rather than what's going on with the case.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES, ATTORNEYS SHOULD BE HELD LIABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS.

WHAT SHOULD OF TAKEN 6-7 MONTHS FOR MY WIFES VISA IS NOW ON ITS 15 MONTH AND STILL GOING. IT STARTED WITH MR SALAZAR NOT EVEN SENDING OUR APPLICATION FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 MONTHS. "OFFICE PROBLEMS" ONLY AFTER I CALLED THE USCIS AND FOUND OUT. WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES AND I WOULD NOT WISH THIS ON ...ANYONE. THE DAY I HIRED THIS FIRM WAS THE WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE

Highly disappointed

I had already paid when I started hearing the bad reviews from professionals in areas of immigration and politics, but everything seemed fine. I should have listened. The employees are more helpful than the lawyer himself, but the office as a whole is completely unorganized. Mr. Salazar is consist...ently late if he shows up at all, including for actual hearings. He charged me additional fees to represent my husband in a master hearing and to visit him in the detention center. He was a week late for the visitation, during which he fell asleep, and showed up 3 hours late for the master hearing. At the hearing the judge made a comment that the photos I had provided had been copied with a regular copier, so they were just black rectangles on a sheet. After the bond hearing I found another lawyer immediately. About six weeks, two certified letters and countless emails later, my new lawyer still had not received my husband's file. I eventually had to go and get them myself. Some of the letters I had provided were missing, and when I picked up my photos they also gave me a bag of empty pill bottles that weren't mine because they apparently keep everyone's evidence together in the same box on the floor. If you are looking for reliability and professionalism, this is not the place to go.
