I hired him in 1989 when I used to live in Brooklyn. After I paid the landlord to rent her house, she did not let me move in and did not want to return the money. The attorney represented the executor of my grandmother's estate, a house in Brooklyn. He not only acted as the attorney for the estate but acted as a real estate agent , selling the house against our wishes. He then moved the proceeds of the estate out of an escrow account and then refused to pay t...he money owed to the beneficiaries, although he paid himself $90,000 and paid the executor. We still do not have our money and are filing a grievance complaint and a complaint with the bar association. The DA told us he acted improperly and may be laible for the amount owed to us because he has not protected the money.
