Robert Glenn Maurer

The Maurer Law firm was formed by me, Rob Maurer, a lawyer with over 25 years of successfully creating sensible legal solutions for businesses and individuals. Prior to forming the Maurer Business Law firm, I worked hand-in-hand with large and small companies, with established businesses and start-ups. From ITT to GE and Textron to Riley’s Premium Pet Products and PotentiaMetrics, I worked as a senior member of the Legal Department directly with the senior management of my employers, clients and their customers.  I currently acts as outside counsel to a number of small and start-up businesses as well as medium to large companies.

Helping you is the focus of The Maurer Law Firm. I will work for you by utilizing strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills, and will help you create value and avoid legal problems. I understand your need to create solutions without spending unnecessary time on legal issues, because I have worked hand-in-hand with individuals, bsuiness managers, officers and owners. I earned my JD  and my undergraduate business degree with an Accounting major from Saint Louis University.  I also earned an MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University

The Maurer Law Firm is convenient to you, wherever you are in Missouri. I will come to your office, home or meet you where youare comfortable. I believe you should spend your time where you are most productive and comfortable – not traveling to see me, but actually working together.
