Robert James Hardy Jr.

I used Mr. Hardy for some estate and will work. He was responsive to my queries. I felt his staff was kind and respectful of the sensitive nature of my issues. There were occasionally delays, but all of them we explained to me, and none of them affected the timing I had wanted to complete the work.... I would recommend him to anyone who asked for a recommendation. When questions arose that he did not readily know, he was upfront about it, and sought out the answer.

I hired Robert to handle my divorce. Once the retainer fee was paid and the case was actually filed with the court, I never heard from him again. Anytime I wanted to know what was going on or what was needed to proceed I would have to call his office. Sometimes I would receive a return call however m...ost times I would not. I have since fired him and am meeting with a new attorney. I have asked multiple times for my paperwork to take to the new attorney and also a detailed receipt along with the money that is due back to me. I keep being put off. He essentially did nothing for me other than file the first proceedings and he has been my attorney since October of last year.
