It is possible. Many things can happen and you can have odd outcomes.
Prior to this DUI I wanted to apply for a Probation Officer position. Can I still apply for this job?

Hire an attorney and hopefully they can get the case dismissed or reduced. It will be very hard to get the job you want if you are on probation.

Make sure you contact the DMV within 10 days of the arrest. You will be eligible for a restricted license by jumping through some hoops after 90...

No the DMV controls your license not the court.
My husband was sentenced w/ Felony DUI w/ GBI. He rcvd 6 yrs serving 85% & a fine not yet determined. How can he appeal this?

Was he found guilty after trial or did he plead guilty. You cannot appeal just because you don't like the sentence.

Your no answer is legally permissible and correct. The issue will be when you try to become a CPA or if this firm does detailed background check.

A search warrent was served for the reason stated on it parole compliance but what if you are no longer on parole?

I am not sure why they would get a warrant if they though you were on parole. In any event you will need an attorney to sort this out.
