An expungement only affects your criminal record not your DMV record and a DUI will stay on your record for 10 years.

It will depend on the county that you are in. A wet is a reduced charge that is negotiated with the DA and usually ranges from 1 year to 3 years....

It was most likely due to the wet reckless charge that he plead guilty to not the prop 36.

At a .06 unless you have drugs in your system I would fight for a dismissal or a dry reckless. The DMV controls your license not the court....
