Listen to Mr. Roberts. You cannot get it removed from the DMV record. It will be there for 10 years.

Mr. Roberts is correct. California will continue to suspend your license until Oregon DMV allows you to get a valid license.

You can sell the car. However make sure you fill out the proper paperwork with the court and the DMV stating that you no longer own or posses a car...
