Contact the DMV within 10 days of the arrest and hire an attorney. Just because there is a mistake does not mean it will not be fixed.

You could be looking at possession of cocaine a DUI as well as an 11550; being under the influence of a controlled substance. You need an attorney....

No you can onk y be charged with a probation violation when you violate your probation. You were not on probation so there is nothing to violate.
