Best case is that the case gets dismissed. If you want that to happen hire an attorney. Worst case you spend time in jail. No one ever gets the max...

Just because changes have not yet been filed does nit mean they will not be. They can file up to 3 years later.

1203.4 are granted by the judge. If you are still on probation you need to file a 1203.3 first.
